The must do list the night before your wedding
After months and months of planning, the big day is soon to be here. The night before your wedding is a nervous one, and there is still plenty of last minute things to think about.
If you don’t want to be left feeling frazzled come the morning, then there are some important things that you need to think about during those few hours before you head to bed on your last night of just being a girlfriend!
Eat something healthy
It may seem oh so tempting to have pizza with the girls on night before the wedding, but this can leave you feeling bloated and sluggish the next day. Instead, try to have something healthy and delicious. This will satisfy your tastebuds but make sure that you don’t feel horrible in the morning.
Have a little bag with all those important things
During the wedding ceremony you only need your flowers and yourself, but during the reception you are going to need a few bits and bobs. Things like tissues, perfume, make up and chewing gum or breath mints. Rather than stressing about this in the morning, pack these things up and you won’t have to panic.
Drink lots of water
Much like the healthy eating plan, drinking water is a really good idea too. This will make sure that you are nice and hydrated and will stop your skin from looking dull and dry too!
Try and sleep
It can be hard work getting to sleep the night before your wedding. So, you are going to need to try and make sure that you do everything you can to help you drop off to sleep. Have a nice warm drink, take a long bath and also turn your phone on silent. This will make sure that you are not woken up with texts and notifications.
Check in with hubby to be
Chances are that you are not alone feeling the way you do, and if there is anyone who is going to understand every feeling that you have, it is going to be hubby to be. Why not give him a call before bed, just to make sure that all is well and that he is ready for the big day too.
Watch a good film
It can be hard not to panic and really let the nerves set in. If you are feeling a little bit stressed out, then it is a good idea to put a good film on and just lose yourself in that. You will be surprised how much this can help you to relax.
There is no shame in being hugely excited about the next day and everything that it is going to mean to you. So, if you are bubbling full of excitement, then embrace it. There is no better feeling then knowing that you are getting married in the morning.
These are just some of the things to remember before you wake up in the morning. The most important thing is that you enjoy every second, after all, this is a once in a lifetime experience!
